A 5% (V /V) methanol-water mobile phase containing 0.06 mol/L ammonium acetate, 10 μg/L Bi and 0.1% (V/V) 2-mercaptoethanol and a C18 reversed phase column (5 μm, 2.1 mm×150 mm) was used for separation of Methyl mercury, Ethyl mercury and inorganic mercury by HPLC. The concentrations of three Hg species in eluent were detected by ICP-MS. The limits of the method were about 0.05 μg/L, 0.10 μg/L and 0.10 μg/L for Methyl mercury, Ethyl mercury and inorganic mercury respectively." @default.
