- W578736564 abstract "強迫症（OCD）は，DSM-IV-TRまで，神経症あるいは不安障害の一型とされてきた。しかしDSM-5では不安症群から分離され，「とらわれ」や「繰り返し行為」を特徴とする強迫症および関連症群という新たなカテゴリー内に位置づけられた。すなわちOCDの疾患概念は，不安の病気から強迫スペクトラムへと転換することとなり，その背景には，病因や病態，治療など他の不安症との相違に関する知見の集積がある。一方，病的不安や回避，うつ病との密接な関連性などの共有，さらに生物学的病態や治療を含め他の不安症との共通性も明白で，両者の関係は極めて複雑である。その複雑さには，cognitiveからmotoricなものまで，さらに自閉スペクトラムや嗜癖性障害などとの重なりや連続性を含むOCD概念の異種性や広がりが関わっており，OCDの今後の方向性については，現概念の妥当性や臨床的有用性を含めさらに検討が必要である。" @default.
