- W582342530 abstract "本研究では，過去の認知と将来の期待の組み合わせによって学業場面における4つの認知的方略（方略的楽観主義（SO），防衛的悲観主義（DP），非現実的楽観主義（UO），真の悲観主義（RP））の分類を試み，その妥当性を検討することと，認知的方略の違いによって採用するセルフ・ハンディキャッピング（SH）やストレス対処方略が異なるか検討することを目的とした。専門学校生，大学生，大学院生215名を4群に分類して，防衛的悲観主義尺度との関連や特性不安，課題に対するコントロール感を検討したところ，それぞれの方略の概念的特徴の定義を支持する結果が得られ，群設定の妥当性が示された。また，SO群とDP群はSHを用いず，SO群は問題焦点接近型の対処方略を採用していたが，UO群とRP群はSHと問題焦点回避型の対処方略を採用していた。4つの認知的方略の特徴の類似点と相違点が示され，これらの方略の適応性が議論された。" @default.
