- W584923265 abstract "Este trabajo describe el desarrollo de un modelo teorico-experimental para el monitoreo de estructuras civiles, basado en el analisis de la propagacion de ondas y aplicando el metodo adaptado de la teoria de perturbaciones de rango minimo. En este caso, se desarrolla una tecnica por multiniveles para el analisis global de toda la estructura y otra tecnica local para el analisis en una region especifica de la misma estructura; en ambos casos, partiendo de los mismos datos provenientes de una unica prueba experimental. La extension de estos modelos al analisis de confiabilidad estructural, propone un modelo probabilistico de los parametros operacionales y de resistencia estructural, para posteriormente aplicar la simulacion Monte Carlo a las curvas de confiabilidad presente y futura. Considerando las necesidades de conservacion de puentes, se propone su aplicacion a un sistema de administracion de puentes que incorpore modulos de estimacion de capacidad de carga y vida util. Esto se complementa con la propuesta de un modulo economico para la estimacion de costos de rehabilitacion, y de otro modulo para la asignacion de prioridades de conservacion.Se incluyen tablas,figuras y conclusiones. Abstract: In this work, a theoretical-experimental model for structural health monitoring of civil infrastructure, based on the wave propagation analysis and the modified minimum rank perturbation theory, is described. In this case, a multilevel technique has been developed, where a goal analysis is done for a complete structure, and a local technique is used for a particular region in the same structural analysis; in both cases, using the same information from a single experimental test. Extension of these models to structural reliability, generalizes a probabilistic model that uses statistical data from the operational and structural resistance parameters, to apply the Monte Carlo simulation to generate the present and future reliability curves. Considering the bridges' conservation needs, its application is proposed for Bridge Administration System that includes structural capacity and residual life modules. This is complemented with an economic model to estimate the rehabilitation costs and a precedence module to assign priorities for rehabilitation programs.
