- W587039130 abstract "Myeloid-derived suppressor cells（MDSC）は，顆粒球，樹状細胞，マクロファージなどの前駆細胞であり，サイトカインなどの腫瘍産生因子に反応して誘導され，分化度も様々な非常に多様な細胞集団である。もっとも重要な機能は免疫応答の抑制であり，その抑制機構もまた非常に多様であることが知られている。このようなことからMDSCは制御性T細胞と並んで癌患者の免疫抑制状態に重要な役割を演じている細胞であり，癌ワクチンなどの免疫療法の妨げとなっている細胞として近年注目されている。MDSCは骨髄系MDSCと単球系MDSCの二つに大きく分けられ，それぞれのサブタイプによって，また癌腫によってその特徴は様々である。頭頸部癌は免疫抑制が強い癌腫とされており，このMDSCについても様々なマーカーを用いていくつかのサブタイプの同定とともに機能解析が進んでいる。本稿では，頭頸部扁平上皮癌を中心にMDSCの免疫抑制機構に果たす役割とともにこの細胞をターゲットとした治療戦略について概説する。" @default.
