• W589179909 abstract "ปญหาการวจยเรองน เกดจากเยาวช นไทยในชวงวยการศกษาระดบประถมศกษาและมธยมศกษาตอนตนและ ตอนปลายใชเวลาวางหลงเลกเรยนหรอวนปกตหนเรยน เทยวเตร รวมกนแขงรถ เสพสงเสพตด ทำใหไมสนใจการเรยน ผลการเรยนตำ เดกออกโรงเรยนกลางคน สงผลใหสงคมไทยมเยาวชนทไมมคณภาพ การศกษาวจยแหลงเรยนรของชมชนและ ปจจยทสงเสรมใหเดกและเยาวชนใชเวลาวางใหเกดประโยชนและเกดการเรยนรแบบทางเลอก มพนทวจยอยทบานเลขท 1 หมท 6 บานกดแคน ตำบลหนองโน อำเภอเมอง จงหวดมหาสารคาม วธการศกษาใชระเบยบวจยเชงคณภาพ เกบขอมลจากเอกสาร งานวจยทเกยวของกบการสมภาษณทงแบบโครงสรางและไมมโครงสราง และการจดกลมสนทนา ผใหขอมลจำนวน 30 คน คอ เดกเยาวชนทออกโรงเรยนกลางคนมอาย 8-25 ป เพศชายและเพศหญงจำนวน 15 คน ผปกครอง 5 คน ผบรหารโครงการแหลง เรยนรของชมชน 3 คน ครภมปญญาพนบาน 3 คน และผนำชมชน 4 คน นำเสนอผลวจยแบบพรรณนาวเคราะห ผลการวจยพบวา การสรางแหลงเรยนรชมชนทเปนกรณศกษาเกดจากองคกรเอกชนของตระกล ฤทธเดช มจดมงหมายเพอสบสาน อดมการณของพอ ตองการคนความรสสงคม และใหเดกเยาวชนใชเวลาวางใหเกดประโยชน รกการเรยนมากขน แหลงเรยนร แหงนชอวา ”แหลงเรยนรของชมชนบานหลงเรยนปทวดครสงห ฤทธเดช„ เปนพนทสวนบคคลทมอบใหชมชนบานกดแคน ตำบลหนองโน อำเภอเมอง จงหวดมหาสารคาม ใชทำกจกรรมรวมกน ปจจยทสงเสรมใหเดกและเยาวชนใชเวลาวางใหเกด ประโยชน เกดการเรยนรแบบทางเลอก ไดแก 1. แหลงเรยนรเปนพนททางสงคม มความสมพนธระหวางเดก เยาวชน ผปกครอง และครภมปญญาทองถน ทเปน สมาชกโครงการรวมกนทำกจกรรมเรยนร 2. เดกและเยาวชนเรยนรแบบพงตนเองจากมมกจกรรมตางๆ ทจดไวภายในอาคารเรยนและภายนอกอาคารเรยน 3. การเรยนรทกษะอาชพโดยครภมปญญาและตนเอง 4. การเรยนรจากแนวคดเดกนำผใหญหนนเสรมการทำกจกรรม โดยบคคลในตระกลฤทธเดชและประชาชนประโยชนของแหลงเรยนรชมชน คอสรางชมชนนาอย ครอบครวอบอน เดกเยาวชนไมทะเลาะววาท และชมชนมพนทคณภาพ 1 แหงใหทกคนไดเขามาทำกจกรรมทตนเองชอบรวมกบคนอนๆ หรอทำกจกรรมดวยตนเองอยางมความสข สงเสรมการเรยนรแบบทางเลอกตามอธยาศยทเกดจากปจจยภายในของเดก แสวงหาการสรางอนาคตของตนเอง The research questions arose from youths’ problems: such as, playing truants, motorcycle racing and drug taking. The students, primary and secondary school levels, did poorly in class or dropped out from school. The Thai society, therefore, had to take in poorly-prepared youths. This study aimed to build an alternative learning center for the Thai youth so that they could efficiently spend their free time. The community learning center was located at No. 1, Moo 6, Ban Koodkan, Tambon Nong No, Muang District, Mahasarakham Province. This study was a qualitative research making use of documentary studies, interviews and focus-group discussions. Subjects of the study were 15 primary and secondary schools’ dropouts of 8-25 years old, 5 parents, 3 administrators of the community learning center, 3 teachers and 4 community leaders; making a total of 30 informants. Results of descriptive analysis of data revealed that the community learning center was established by the Rittidet family members. Mr. Sing Rittidet’s sons and daughters turned their father’s ideology into concrete practice by building a community learning center on their land to be used as a knowledge source that could benefit all people at Ban Koodkan. The goal was to assist youths to use this center as an alternative knowledge source and efficiently spend their free time as follows: 1. As a social-based learning center establishing close relationship among students, parents, and local experts. 2. Children and youths had opportunity to develop self-reliance in learning from various activity corners provided in and outside their community learning center. 3. Children and youths could acquire occupational skills by themselves and from local experts. 4. Learning could occur through activities initiated by youths, supported by adults in the community, e.g. the Rittidet family members and the general public. In conclusion, this alternative learning center could be a catalyst in building proper condition for family and community life: warm families and youths of proper discipline and conduct. The center was used to suit individual and community needs: such as happy time, pleasant social activities and alternative learning opportunity as they seek to acquire skills essential for their future.
