- W593925728 abstract "The article considers the problems of the social capital concept. Also the author reveals the most debatable question how to define the concept of «social capital». In addition, the author gives the definition to the concept of «antisocial capital», thus identifying the factors that lead to the dissociation of the subject. At the same time, the social capital and reserves of the social potential form together the social potential. But the antisocial capital and reserves of the antisocial potential form together the antisocial potential. Therefore, to distinguish from previously designated categories, new concepts such as «social potential» and «antisocial potential» were defined. It is noted that there is a problem of measuring the social capital, which requires the development of relevant technique. On the basis of studies in Russia and abroad the current level of social capital is addressed. The downward trend of the level of social capital in Russia is obvious. The question of the importance of social capital in the socio-economic development of municipalities is considered. Social capital allows to achieve positive transformations by promoting self-development of territories, while antisocial capital leads to the destruction of territories. To make the transition of municipalities of the Russian Federation to the path of self-development it is necessary to increase the level of social capital and to reduce the level of antisocial capital." @default.
