- W59615295 abstract "本研究は，地域在住高齢者を対象に2週毎に2回の運動介入を行い，身体機能，健康関連QOL（SF‐8）および運動習慣へ及ぼす効果を検討した。対象は，介護認定を受けてない地域在住高齢者22名とし，介入前後の身体機能，健康関連QOL および運動習慣を比較した。その結果，身体機能では片足立ち時間が有意に延長していた。健康関連QOL は身体的健康（PCS）が，下位尺度では活力（VT）と日常役割－身体（RP）が有意に改善していた。また，定期的に行う運動の頻度が有意に増加しており，運動習慣の改善が確認できた。一方，筋力や歩行能力に変化は認められなかった。本研究の結果から，数回の運動介入であってもバランス能力や健康関連QOL，運動習慣に有益な効果が得られることが確認された。ただし，筋力や歩行能力の向上には，本研究における運動強度や頻度，期間などを検討する必要があることが明らかとなった。" @default.
