- W596370792 abstract "フィプロイン溶擁は外囲条件で各種の異なる粒子量を与えるが,とくに興味あることは,リン酸塩緩衝液中における濃度希釈による解離現象である。この現象は試料調製条件,pHによって左右されるが,イオン強度および温度によっても変化することを見出した。1atmで1時間加熱2回処理して得た試料は2～3分子会合体まで解離し,それ以上進行しないことがあるが,1.5atm,1時間,1回および1atm,1時間,1回処理した試料は単分子まで解離し,完全な解離曲線が得られる。また単分子までの解離を得るにはイオン強度は0・3以上である必要があり,また0.3以上ではリン酸塩による塩析が出現し始めるので,イオン強度0.25より高くする場合は食塩または塩化カリウム等1価の中性塩を用いた方がよい結果をうる。イニオン強度が0.3にみたない場合は,解離は不十分で0.01mole/tリン酸塩溶液より低イオン強度では全く解離は見られない。温度を300C以上に上げると明らかに解離は促進する。このことはアルカリ側でも観察される。" @default.
