- W603208520 abstract "両側前頭葉損傷後，強制的に人物とりわけ人の眼を中心に凝視ないしは注視 (forced gazing) を続ける2 症例を報告した。この2 例では，人が視界に入れば必ず凝視ないしは注視が誘発され，人が視界から消えるまで持続した。すなわち，この行動は，外部環境刺激に対して戸惑うことなく駆動され継続した。 forced gazing は，能動性がほとんどみられない患者に出現する，外部の環境刺激に対して視線が自動的に反応する被影響性が亢進した現象と考えられ，また前頭葉の損傷による抑制障害のため頭頂葉の機能が解放された結果，これらの行為/行動が出現したと考えた。本2 症例は前頭眼野を含む広範な両側前頭葉損傷であった。本2 症例に随伴した把握現象や道具の強迫的使用から両側前頭葉内側面損傷がforced gazing の責任病巣の中で最も重要と考えられ，前頭眼野も責任病巣の1 つと考えられた。" @default.
