First, the actual condition of accompanied with intellectual disabilities and caregivers in daily activities have been organized. Then, the relationship between the social ability and traffic problem of the intellectual disabilities and the actual condition of accompanied has been organized. As a result, the group that is often accompanied, there was a trend such as the following. (1) Social ability is low.(2) Caregivers is to restrict the range travel behavior of intellectual disabilities.本研究は知的障がい者の日常活動における介助者の同行状況という視点から単独行動の実態を捉え、さらにその実態と障がい者本人の日常生活能力および、交通行動上で生じる課題の関係性について明らかにすることで移動支援策検討のための基礎的知見を得ることを目的としている。本研究の結果、介助者との同行が多い群は同行が少ない群と比べて（1）日常生活能力が低い傾向があること、（2）介助者が本人の安全性などを危惧し交通行動範囲を制約させる傾向があることなどが明らかとなった。" @default.
