• W61415430 abstract "With the reinforcement of the lawful pressures as regard to treatment of the End-of-Life (EoL) products, the companies are obliged to invest into environmental process approach. To answer this constraint, it is necessary to integrate the criteria of valorization in design process. Design choices must be adapted to specificities of disassembly and valorization scenarios. Disassembly EoL in product design resulted by the evaluation of the prototypes, or at best, geometrical evaluation of CAD model. Consequently, the question field of these research interests to tools for evaluating and improving desassemblability and the recyclability of products. The question field of methods and tools in design for disassembly studied in the detailed design. Our observations and analyses show that disassembly in conceptual design requires to call into question certain traditional devices. This thesis contributes to integrate disassembly for recycling in conceptual design. Thus, we first we identify DfD tools and model and we show the methodological lack in conceptual design level. For complete this lack, we propose thereafter a minimalist model composed by tools to represent conceptual data from functional analysis model and EoL valorisation constraints: BDS, main components, mass estimate, Materials and valorisation scenarios. An optimal sequence of dismantling is then defined. This sequence represents the objective to be reached by the designers. Finally, we propose a tool for evaluation made up of three indicators: structure; connection and material, also integrating a method of aggregation and a dashboard for the interpretation of the results.
