- W623656569 abstract "Aim To study the synthesis and biological activities of several 6-(4-aminophenyl)-2, 3, 4, 5-tetrahy-dropyridazine-3-one derivatives. Methods Eight new 6-(4-aminophenyl)-2, 3, 4, 5-tetrahydropyridazine-3-one derivatives were synthesized. Cardiovascular and antitumor activities were tested. Results and conclusion All of the new compounds have never been reported before, and their structures were determined by elemental analysis, IR, 1H-NMR and mass spectrum. The pharmacological tests, which include the tests of cardiovascular and antitumor activities, show that the target compounds play little role in the rhythm of the right atria of a rat in vitro, but they possess strong inotropic activity, especially Ⅰ(subscript d) and Ⅱ(subscript a) on the other hand, all of the eight compounds can inhibit the growth of four cancer cell types A549(non-small cell lung),BGC-823(gas-tric), HL-60(leukemia)and SMMC-7721(liver)in vitro to a certain extent, and they show selective inhibition on HL-60. Compounds Ⅰ(subscript b) and Ⅱ(subscript c) display significant potency against A549." @default.
