- W624804915 abstract "目的探讨经皮椎体成形术（percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP）治疗椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法应用PVP治疗96例105个椎体病变,其中外伤压缩椎体骨折18例20椎,椎体转移肿瘤8例11椎,骨质疏松压缩性骨折70例74椎。胸椎38椎,腰椎58椎,新鲜压缩性骨折（3周以内）78例87椎,陈旧性骨折（骨折3个月以上）18例18椎。90例得到了半年以上的随访。PVP采取经皮经椎弓根入路穿刺病变椎体,将针尖置于椎体前1/3处,进行椎体骨内静脉造影。最后注入骨水泥2-7ml。术后观察PVP的操作成功率、治疗效果及并发症。结果94例101个椎体PVP治疗成功,按病例数成功率为97.9%（94/96）,按椎体数成功率为96.2%（101/105）。术后疼痛81例完全缓解（CR）,10例部分缓解（PR）,3例轻微缓解（MR）,2例无效（NR）,总有效率为97.9%（94/96）;无原椎体再发塌陷。未出现神经受累症状。结论PVP是一种微创、有效的椎体压缩性骨折的方法。" @default.
