For that to happen, goalcongruens has to be created between the company goals and the goals of the individual employee. This congruence can be achieved through the combination of different rewardsystems. It is also common that companys strive to find the perfect organisational structure in terms of decentralisation to be as effective as possible.Purpose: The purpose with this thesis is to find out how different levels of decentralisation effects the combination of different rewardsystems.Realization: Intervjues were carried out with 7 persons in Handelsbanken and 7 persons in Telia. Theese two organizations are said to repesent two different types of organisational structures with regards to decentralisation. The persons intervjued are situated at different levels of each organiszation.The Result: The thesis shows that there are a number of factors affekting the design of a rewardsystem. It is also shown which types of rewardsystems that are more suitable in different types of organisational structures." @default.
