- W631783020 abstract "2001年3月30日出生の女児。在胎37週6日,自然分娩にて仮死なく出生。出生時体重2845g。出生時より全身に径2～5mmの暗赤色の丘疹が多数認められ,当院NICUへ紹介搬送となった。皮膚生検ではcapillary hemangiomaの診断を得,腹部エコーで肝に2個の血管腫を認めた。多発性血管腫を皮膚と肝の2臓器に認めることより,benign neonatal hemangiomatosisと診断した。皮膚,肝の血管腫に消退傾向なく第43生日よりプレドニゾロン2mg/kg/dayの内服を開始。以後徐々に皮膚血管腫消退傾向を示したため,プレドニゾロン内服は第101生日に中止し現在外来にて経過観察中である。プレドニゾロン中止後も皮膚血管腫の消退傾向は続き,現在色素沈着を残すのみとなっている。肝血管腫もエコー上1個は検出できなくなり,1個残るのみである。経過中肝内に動静脈短絡(以下A-V shunt)を疑う血流は認められず,うっ血性心不全の徴候は認められていない。" @default.
