- W635157054 abstract "As the usage of adhesives in automotive bodies expands, non-destructive inspection techniques for them are increasingly required. The aim of this study is to evaluate adhesive regions with non-contact air-coupled ultrasonic technique. First, ultrasonic transmittance of steel plates was investigated theoretically and experimentally. Results indicate that transmitted waves at adhesive regions can be detected using oblique incidence and reception where the sensor angle is adjusted to the critical angle of A0 mode of Lamb waves. In addition, images of the adhesive regions were obtained by scanning ultrasonic sensors and taking amplitude distributions of transmitted waves. 車体鋼板の接合に接着剤の利用が増大するとともに，それらの非破壊検査が求められている．本研究の目的は，空中超音波法により非接触での接着剤の評価を行うことである．はじめに薄板における超音波の透過率に関して理論的な検討と基礎実験を行った．その結果，鋼板内を伝搬するA0モードの臨界角に入射・受信角を合わせることで，接着部を透過する波形が得られることが分かった．次に，超音波センサをスキャンして，透過波の振幅分布を画像化することによって接着部の画像が取得できることを示した．" @default.
