- W635897672 abstract "昼間屋外飼養とバレイショ混合サイレージ給与が，肥育豚の行動，生産性，肉質および筋線維特性に及ぼす影響を検討する目的で，三元交雑豚（WL・D）（平均体重57.4 kg）32頭を飼養環境（屋内飼養vs.屋外飼養）と給与飼料（市販飼料vs.バレイショ混合サイレージ）を要因とした4区（2要因×2水準）に配置して各区の平均体重が105 kgに達するまで肥育した．行動における休息割合では，屋外飼養区が屋内飼養区より，またバレイショ混合サイレージ給与区が市販飼料給与区より少なかった（P ＜ 0.01）．増体量では，屋外飼養区が屋内飼養区より，またバレイショ混合サイレージ給与区が市販飼料区より低かった（P ＜ 0.01）．屠体成績において，屋外飼養区は屋内飼養区より背脂肪厚が薄く（P ＜ 0.01），屠体長が長い（P ＜ 0.01）特徴があり，ロース肉の理化学的特性においては，バレイショ混合サイレージ給与区が市販飼料給与区より筋肉内脂肪含量で高く（P ＜ 0.01），破断応力で低い（P ＜ 0.01）特徴を示した．筋線維型構成割合において，I型筋線維（遅筋線維）には区間差は認められないものの，II型筋線維（速筋線維）では，屋外飼養区が屋内飼養区より，またバレイショ混合サイレージ給与区が市販飼料給与区よりIIA型（速筋線維-酸化型）の構成割合で高かった．以上の結果より，屋外飼養およびバレイショ混合サイレージ給与は，屋内で市販飼料を給与する場合より生産性の点では劣るものの，枝肉の形状，豚肉の理化学的特性および筋線維特性の異なる豚肉を生産することから，様々な消費者ニーズに対応した豚肉生産へ応用可能であると考えられる．" @default.
