And than for build up the scoring system by using Bayesian probabilities.ResultThe nine potential predictive items have been listed for diagnosing acute appendicitis, there were history of fever and anorexia, and physical examination were cough sign, fever, rebound tenderness, rovsing sign and psoas sign, and laboratories finding were leucocytosis and netrofilia (shift to the left).The range of the scoring system between +10 to -7, in meaning that the score above + 10 those are acute appendicitis, and the score below -7 those are not appendicitis, and the doubtful case in score range between +10 to -7." @default.
