- W638750574 abstract "1-(2-ピリジルアゾ)-2-ナフトール(PAN)による抽出比色法で,コバルトと共存するニッケルを定量するためにコバルトのマスキングについて研究した.ピロリン酸ナトリウム溶液中で過ヨウ素酸カリウムを用いコバルトを酸化すると,安定なコバルト(III)のピロリン酸化合物となりPANと反応しない.酸化後pHを5～6に調節し過剰の過ヨウ素酸カリウムを熱分解し,PANを加えてニッケルと反応させたのちクロロホルムで抽出し,570mμで吸光度を測る.この方法で500～1000γのコバルトをマスクすることができる.鉄はピロリン酸ナトリウム溶液中ではPANと反応しない.銅は反応しニッケルとともに抽出されるが,抽出後のクロロホルムを0.01M EDTA,または25%チオ硫酸ナトリウム溶液で洗浄すればふりもどすことができる.マンガン,亜鉛,クロムなどは妨害しない.本法により鉄1mg,コバルト100～500γ,銅100γ中の1～10γのニッケルを定量し,よい結果を得た." @default.
