The catalysts were synthesized by coprecipitation method and characterization of the prepared catalysts were performed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), N2 adsorption (BET), temperature-programmed reduction (TPR) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) techniques. The results revealed that addition of alkaline earth promoters decreased the BET surface area while improved CO conversion. Among the promoted catalysts, 9 wt% Ba promoted Fe2O3Al2O3CuOcatalyst exhibited higher BET surface area and catalytic activity." @default.
