- W645791663 abstract "二磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐衍生物是破骨细胞抑制剂，临床主要用于预防骨质疏松症及肿瘤的骨转移。但应用二磷酸盐（bisphosphonates）、帕米磷酸盐（Pamindronate）、唑来膦酸（Zolendronic acid）治疗疾病所导致颌骨坏死的报道逐渐增多，这些患者一般首诊口腔外科医师并由其治疗．上颌骨骨坏死若不处理可导致鼻窦炎，耳鼻咽喉科医师也参与其中。该文对2003～2004年间2所医院的7例患者进行回顾，对患者病史进行分析。结果：患者均有顽固性骨髓炎病史及二磷酸盐服用史．4例发病期间正应用二磷酸盐，3例先前应用过二磷酸盐。3例行手术切除死骨，1例行鼻窦镜手术。结论：二磷酸盐导致颌骨坏死的报道逐渐增多，且治疗困难。因此，对易感人群及此药的安全剂量需要进一步研究。" @default.
