However, employers should ensure for the posted workers (expats) the minimum labour standards of the host country (HCLS), including minimum wage, working and resting time and health and safety measures at work. Analyzing the empirical dimension of the phenomenon of posting Romanian workers in the EU in the period 2007 - 2011, this paper discusses how a EU new Member State located company providing services in another EU state, may combine its own human resource management system applicable to the relocated unit (roaming of human resource management - RHRM) with pattern of minimal HCLS. The difference between the level of minimum wage within the EU member states (Eastern low/Western high) as well as other features of labour relations increase the difficulty of mixing RHRM with HCLS." @default.
