- W647444156 abstract "【目的】观察黄芪注射液对高糖或糖化终产物(AGEs)培养肾小球系膜细胞(GMC)增殖和Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性的影响。【方法】用含高糖或AGEs的培养液配制黄芪注射液、氨基胍,同时设对照。GMC培养48h后,四甲基氮唑盐(MTT)法考察GMC的增殖情况,试剂盒测试细胞悬液中细胞蛋白含量,再进行Na^+-K^+-ATP酶测定。【结果】葡萄糖或AGEs中GMC的吸收度值增大,Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性显著降低,与正常培养液比较具有显著性差异。而加入黄芪注射液后,则表现为对抗高糖或AGEs对GMC的增殖作用,并能提高Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性。【结论】黄芪注射液能抑制高糖或AGEs对GMC的过度增殖,修复高糖或AGEs致GMC的Na^+-K^+-ATP酶活性降低,起到保护细胞的作用。" @default.
