- W656334788 abstract "[目的]探讨膜受体型的酪氨酸激酶c-Kit及719位酪氨酸磷酸化的c-Kit[phospho-c-Kit （Tyr719）]的表达与上皮性卵巢癌的关系.[方法]采用免疫组织化学法分别检测c-Kit、phospho-c-Kit（Tyr719）在上皮性卵巢癌（82例）及卵巢良性肿瘤（25例）、正常卵巢组织（10例）表达情况,并分析这两项指标的表达与卵巢癌临床病理特征及预后的关系.[结果]82例卵巢癌中,c-Kit阳性表达率显著高于卵巢良性病变和正常卵巢组织（P＜0.05）.c-Kit的表达水平与患者的临床分期呈负相关,I、Ⅱ期患者的c-Kit阳性率显著高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者（P＜0.05）.Phospho-c-Kit （Tyr719）在卵巢癌组织、卵巢良性病变和正常卵巢组织中几乎无表达.[结论]c-Kit在卵巢癌中表达明显升高提示c-Kit可能与卵巢癌的发生发展有关.在上皮性卵巢癌中,c-Kit蛋白的表达水平与患者的临床分期呈负相关,提示c-Kit蛋白可能是在卵巢癌发展的早期阶段起作用的.而phospho-c-Kit （Tyr719）在卵巢癌组织中几乎无表达,提示c-Kit蛋白在Tyr719位点磷酸化可能不是上皮性卵巢癌发生、发展的激活途径." @default.
