The results of this study revealed that the most common type of injury was tear muscles (28.88%) then broses (21.28%) while the most common place of injury among goalkeepers was the head (29.39%), the wrist (8.45%) and fingers (8.45%). The most common injury related to experience was in experience more than 10 years with (49.32%). also the study showed that training injures were more common than injury in competitions with (52.36%) were in competition was (47.64%). The most comment injure related to the filed was more in the grass filed with (44.43%) artificial (43.92%) and sand filed with (11.66%). Also the study Revealed that the most frequent causes of injuries was lack of medical examination with (13.18%), followed by lack of using sport rehabilitation technique with (11.82%). According to the Result of this study The researchers recommended to pay more a attention to the comprehensive medical examination (by Reacquiring all the players to pass medical examination and to minter safety processors in training and competition and to keep regular fields maintenance. هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرف إلى أكثر أنواع الإصابات انتشارا لدى حراس المرمى في كرة القدم وأكثر المناطق عرضه للإصابة وأماكن حدوثها (التدريب، المباراة) وأكثر الأرضيات التي تحدث بها الإصابات (عشب طبيعي، صناعي، ترابي) والأسباب المؤذية لها. وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن أكثر أنواع الإصابات انتشارا هي التمزقات بنسبة (28.88%) يليها الرضوض بنسبة (21.28%) وكانت أكثر المناطق عرضه للإصابة هي الرأس بنسبة (29.39%) يليها الرسغ والأصابع وبنسبة (8.45%) أما أكثر الإصابات شيوعاً تبعاً لمتغير الخبرة فكانت في الفئة أكثر من (10) سنوات وبنسبة (49.32%). كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الإصابات الأكثر حدوثاً كانت في التدريب منها في المباريات وكانت نسبة حدوثها (52.36%) في التدريب و (47.64%) في المباريات. أما بالنسبة لحدوث الإصابات تبعاً لأرضية الملعب فكانت أكثر على العشب الطبــيعي بنسبة (44.43%) يليـــها الصـــناعي بنـــسبـة (43.92%) ثم الترابي بنسبة (11.66%). وبينت نتائج الدراسة أن أكثر الأسباب المؤدية للإصابات هي عدم القيام بالفحوصات الدورية الشاملة بنسبة (13.8%) يليها عدم استخدام وسائل التأهيل الرياضي بنسبة (11.82%). أوصى الباحثون بضرورة الاهتمام بالفحوصات الطبية الدورية والشاملة وتوفير عوامل الأمن والسلامة في التدريب والمباريات وعمل صيانة دورية للملاعب." @default.
