- W69481265 abstract "A hazai folyovizekben elő halfajok szaporodasbiologiai vizsgalatat gazdasagi es termeszetvedelmi szempontok indokoljak. A balin (Aspius aspius), a jasz (Leuciscus idus), a paduc (Chondrostoma nasus), a marna (Barbus barbus) es a karika keszeg (Blicca bjoerkna) ivari ciklusat jellemző adatokat ertekeltuk es kiserletet tettunk indukalt szaporitasukra is. A balin, a jasz es a paduc petefeszkeben mar oktober honapban a vitellogenezis stadiumaban levő oocitak voltak jelen dontő mennyisegben. A vakuolizacio időszaka a kora őszi időszakra esik. Az ivasi időszakot megelőzően a vakuolizalodo sejtek hianya es a vitellogenezis stadiumaban levő sejtek homogen merete azt jelzi, hogy a balin, a jasz es a paduc az egyszer ivo fajok koze tartozik. A marna es a karika keszeg petefeszke viszonylag nagy szamban tartalmazott a vakuolizalodas es a vitellogenezis stadiumaban levő oocitakat minden mintaveteli időpontban. Az ivast megelőző honapokban a petefeszekben mennyisegi es minősegi valtozasok egyarant zajlanak. A ivasi időszakot megelőzően a vakuolizalodo sejtek jelenlete es a vitellogenezis stadiumaban levő sejtek heterogen merete azt jelzi, hogy a marna es a karika keszeg az un. tobbszor ivo fajok koze tartozik. A fajok szaporodasbiologiajanak melyebb ismerete lehetőseget adott keltetőhazi szaporitasuk kidolgozasara, illetve tovabbfejlesztesere. A keltetőhazi szaporitas, a vedett kornyezetben tortenő ivadekneveles es az ezt kovető halasitas hozzajarulhat az aramlast kedvelő fajok megőrzesehez. | Conservation purposes as well as economic reasons make it important to study the dynamics of oogenesis in riverine fish species of Hungary. Our investigation was conducted on the asp (Aspius aspius), the orfe (Leuciscus idus), the nase (Chondrostoma nasus), the barbel (Barbus barbus) and the white bream (Blicca bjoerkna). We monitored the ovarian cycles by determining the gonadosomatic index (GSI) and the development stages of oocytes. In asp, orfe and nase an early onset of vitellogenesis was recorded from late summer onwards. Ovaries were already well developed in October. At this stage of ovarian development, most of the oocytes were in the stage of vitellogenesis. GSI did not change considerably over the winter, but increased rapidly in early spring before spawning. In barbel and white bream, after the onset of vitellogenesis in the autumn, the endogenous vitellogenesis was not finished but continued until spawning in the spring. Oocytes in cortical alveoli stage were present in the ovaries even in the period of spawning. By comparing GSI indices and histomorphometric changes in the ovaries, the asp, orfe and the nase are regarded as one time spawners. Contrary, the barbel and the white bream are typical multiple spawning fish species. The knowledge from our experiments served as a basis for developing induced breeding techniques as well. Hatchery production of stocking fish is an important means maintaining or restoring eroded populations of the riverine species." @default.
