Scattered $^{12}mathrm{C}$ or $^{16}mathrm{O}$ ions or recoiling Fe ions were detected in a quadrupole-dipole-dipole-dipole spectrometer. The results for the $B(E2;{0}^{+}ensuremath{rightarrow}{2}^{+})$, $Q({2}^{+})$ pairs (in ${mathit{e}}^{2}$${mathrm{fm}}^{4}$ and e${mathrm{fm}}^{2}$) are as follows: $^{54}mathrm{Fe}$, 676ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}38, -5ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}14; $^{56}mathrm{Fe}$, 1022ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}55, -19ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}8; and $^{58}mathrm{Fe}$, 1234ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}36, -27.3ifmmodepmelsetextpmfi{}5.0.NUCLEAR REACTIONS $^{56,58}mathrm{Fe}$($^{12}mathrm{C}$, $^{12}mathrm{C}$), $E=22$ MeV; $^{56,58}mathrm{Fe}$($^{52}mathrm{Cr}$, $^{56,58}mathrm{Fe}$)$^{52}mathrm{Cr}$, $E=110ensuremath{-}120$ MeV; $^{54}mathrm{Fe}$($^{16}mathrm{O}$, $^{16}mathrm{O}$)$^{54}mathrm{Fe}$, $E=28$ MeV; $^{54}mathrm{Fe}$($^{40}mathrm{Ca}$, $^{40}mathrm{Ca}$)$^{54}mathrm{Fe}$, $E=86$ MeV; measured relative cross section, deduced $Q({2}^{+})$ and $B(E2;{0}^{+}ensuremath{rightarrow}{2}^{+})$.
