- W73897797 abstract "本研究は，安全行動を促進する要因として，仕事のやり方や態度に対して否定的な評価を示す言語コミュニケーションである「職務遂行に対するネガティブ・フィードバック（以後職務NFと表記）」を受けることの効果に着目し，化学プラントの研究員に対する質問紙調査による検討を行った。第1の目的として，職務NFの安全行動促進効果を職務NFの形態間や安全会話など他のコミュニケーションとの比較において検討した結果，安全職務に対するNF，一般職務に対するNFのアドバイス型，指摘型の順に効果があるが，不満型には効果がないことが示された。また，安全職務に対するNFは，安全会話とは独立の最も強い効果を持っていた。さらに，第2の目的として，職務NFは効用を持つ一方で，受け手への脅威というネガティブな効果を持つという議論に基づき，NFがもたらすフェイス脅威度に着目し職務NFが機能する条件を検討した。その結果，送り手が親しいという関係特性や，送り手の不満は含まれないというメッセージ特性の効果に加え，職場の組織風土が，より強くフェイス脅威度を弱めていた。考察では，安全マネジメントにおいてNFという特定のコミュニケーションに着目する意義や，組織風土の重要性を論じた。" @default.
