Master curves at reference temperature of 90℃ could be obtained with shift factor , which was determinedempirically using Time-Temperature Superposition Principle (TTSP). Activation energies could be calculated from the slopeof Arrhenius plot of shift factor and showed similar values of = 41.2 and = 54.5 kJ/mol, respectively. Itwas considered from the results that chemical degradation resulting weight loss of the sample might be closely relatedto a physical degradation such as the dimensional change of the sample. Keywords ： Life-Time, TGA, TMA, NR, TTSP † 대표저자 E-mail: wahn@kmu.ac.kr Ⅰ. 서 론 열에 의한 고분자재료의 노화는 필연적으로 물성의 저하를 가져오게 되고 이는 제품의 수명에 직접적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 일반적인 고분자제품의 경우에 온도에 따른 요구물성 간에는 가역적인 관계가 성립되지만 노화가 일어나는 경우에는 이러한 가역 관계는 성립되지 않는다 . 노화반응은 0차반응을 제외하고는 비선형적으로 변화하게 되므로 사용온도에서의 노화에 따른 제품수명을 예측하고자 할 때에는 항상 제품수명을 대표하는 재료의 물성, 예를 들어 인장강도나 신율 또는 절연파괴 등의 물리적인 성질이 노화온도(사용온도) 뿐 만 아니라 노화의 진행정도(전환율)에 따른 복합적인 함수이며 비선형적이라는 사실을 인지하고 있어야 한다." @default.
