The electron nonequilibrium heat transfer process is studied and the nonequilibrium heat transport time of the electrons of the three kinds of metal films is measured using the femtosecond transient thermal reflection technique, which plays a positive role in solving the problem that the devices are damaged in the processing of the laser heating the metals. The results show that: in the condition of the same pump power of the femtosecond laser, the nonequilibrium heat transport time of the electrons is Ag > Co > Cr. And for the same kind of the thin films, the nonequilibrium heat transport time of the electrons is proportional to the thickness of the films, and is inversely proportional to the power density of the femtosecond laser on the films." @default.
