- W754985688 abstract "探讨采用臭氧灌洗配合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗pH＞4．5非特异性阴道感染的效果。方法：选取100例诊断为pH〉4．5的非特异性阴道感染的患者，采用臭氧阴道灌洗，配合纳米银抗菌水凝胶治疗。停药7～10d和1个月两次复诊，观察患者临床症状、体征的改善及阴道分泌物pH的变化，分析治疗的有效率和复发率。结果：停药后7～10d有效率为100％（50／50），二次复诊有效率96％（48／50）；停药后1个月复发率为2．08％（1／48）。与对照组50例（单纯使用纳米银抗茵水凝胶）相比，复发率低，有效率得到提高。结论：臭氧阴道灌洗配合纳米银抗菌水凝胶可以有效治疗PH〉4．5的非特异性阴道感染，同时有效降低该病的复发率。" @default.
