- W75684402 abstract "水ストレス処理後の乾物生産能力の早期回復は, 植物の耐乾性の向上に強く寄与する要素である. ネピアグラスは水ストレスによって乾物重を大きく減少させてもその後に土壌水分条件が改善されると乾物重を回復させる. 本研究では, 水ストレス処理後のネピアグラスの乾物重の回復が速やかに行われる否かを確認するため, 同一ポット内にて生育させたネピアグラスおよびトウモロコシを, 生育盛期に強度の水ストレスを与え, その後に十分な土壌灌水を行った際の両種の全乾物重(TDW), 葉面積(LA)および個葉の光合成速度(Pn)の変化を比較した. 6日間の水ストレス処理を施したトウモロコシのTDWおよびLAは対照区とほぼ同程度に維持された. 個体成長速度(PGR), 相対成長率(RGR)および純同化率(NAR)は, 水ストレス処理中も対照区とほぼ同様であり, それ以降においては土壌水分条件が回復したにもかかわらず対照区の約50％まで低下した. また, Pnは水ストレス処理によって速やかに低下し, 土壌灌水後の回復も遅かった. 一方, ネピアグラスでは6日間の水ストレス処理によってTDWは対照区の約70％, LAは対照区の約30％にそれぞれ低下した. しかし, 灌水再開後にはLAが再び増加して灌水再開後6日目では対照区の約50％に回復した. PGRおよびRGRは水ストレス処理期間中および灌水再開後も共に低かったもののNARは維持された. Pnは土壌乾燥条件下では緩やかに低下し, 灌水再開後には速やかに回復した. 灌水再開後6日目までの乾物重の増加は小さかったが, LAおよびPnは速やかに回復した." @default.
