- W768472634 abstract "目的研究促性腺激素释放激素受体（GnRHR）、E cad在子宫内膜异位症（内异症）异位及在位内膜组织中的表达，探讨其与内异症的关系，为临床诊治内异症提供理论依据。方法选择内异症异位内膜40例，并取其中在位内膜组织40例，另选正常子宫内膜组织40例作为对照组，应用免疫组织化学的方法检测上述组织中GnRHR、E cad的表达，分析其与内异症的关系。结果GnRH R在内异症异位内膜及在位内膜组织中表达，分别为66．67％，100％，差异有显著性（P〈0．005），其相对表达量均明显高于正常子宫内膜（16．67％），差异均有显著性（P〈0．005）。异位内膜的上皮型钙粘蛋白的表达水平明显低于在位内膜（P〈0．05）；且其异位内膜的表达水平低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论GnRHR在内异症异位内膜、在位内膜的表达差异、上皮型钙粘蛋白的低表达可能与内异症的发生、发展有关。" @default.
