Methods Material and methods Bovine liver in vitro was sonicated by JC-type focused ultrasound tumor therapeutic system. The exposure time was from 1 to 20 seconds with each acoustic power(frequency:1.6MHz,depth:20mm,acoustic power:60～200W,20W increased/time)Results The index of BFR was decreased with ultrasound dosage increasing and there was positive correlation between the area of BFR and the HIFU dosage ( y=0.0164X1.0591,R2=0.9238,P 0.05). Conclusion Understanding the relationship between the characteristic of BFR and sonication dosage is helpful to choose a suitable dosage to get a good biologic focal region." @default.
