- W7812392 abstract "Visual observations over the structure of the Freon-oil mixture movement allow to draw the following conclusions: the observable modes of the stream are identical to the stream of the pure refrigerating agent; Freon-oil foam essentially increases the moistened part of the pipe surface that should lead to the heat-transfer coefficient increase; under equal conditions the best wettability of the pipe walls with the liquid refrigerating agent was observed at lower boiling temperatures. It means, that at low boiling temperatures when the intensity of heat exchange decreases more refrigerating agent is brought to the top element of the pipe and the strength of the superficial tension also raises, that promotes the best Freon-oil films deduction on the pipe surface. All these points promote the growth of the moistened surface part, and, as consequence, to the heat-transfer coefficient increase." @default.
