- W79748706 abstract "水平性骨欠損をともなう歯周組織破壊の再生療法にBMPを応用する方法を検討する目的で, 2つの実験を行った。実験1: BMPの担体として改良FCM1を試作し, S300BMPを0.1～0.7mg配合しラット背部皮下に移植した結果, 全てに骨の形成がみられた。実験2: ネコの犬歯歯槽骨に水平性骨欠損を作製しセメント質を除去し, S300BMPを0.5mgと1.5mg及び高濃度BMPを0.5mgと1.0mg配合した改良FCM1を, 骨欠損中央に近遠心の骨から1mm離し, 露出根面から根尖側歯槽骨上に移植し5週後に観察した。その結果, 高濃度BMP1.0mg移植部位では骨が新生し, 他の部位では骨新生はなかった。新生骨は, 移植材とほぼ同じ形態で, 移植材が根面と密着した部分は癒着し, 離れていた部分はセメント質が新生し歯根膜が再生していた。以上より, 大型動物の水平性骨欠損部でも適切な濃度と量のBMPの移植により歯周組織の再生は可能と思われた。" @default.
