The strengths and weaknesses of gender management style, preferences in determining of work structure and forms, advantages of women and men successful management were formulated. The article highlighted the citizens’ interests in implementation of management functions, the existence of different rules and features, leaders’ portrait. The study showed the validity of flexibility and multi-tasking characteristics, planning and time-management, the balance between employment and leisure time of women-leaders.
