- W809863651 abstract "For many years, learning strategies, defined as specific and situational learning activities, are a topic of psychological research, mostly in academic context. Findings indicate gender differences in the use of learning strategies. In this paper two studies are presented. In study I, 240 subjects were asked to imagine vividly a learning scenario; in study II, 30 subjects learned to juggle with balls. The learning strategies were assessed with a questionnaire. The results revealed only slight gender differences in the use of single learning strategies as well as in the use of types of learning strategies." @default.
