• W815442150 abstract "Objective: To observe the effects of triple therapy(Jiawei Sijunzi decoction+ Metronidazole + folic acid) on symptom,mucosal changes,and PCNA expression in chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) and gastric precancerous lesion(GPL) differentiated as syndrome of spleen deficiency and blood stasis.Method: Sixty-eight patients with stomach pain of spleen defi ciency and blood stasis syndrome,diagnosed as CAG and GPL by gastroscopy and pathological examination,were randomly divided into two groups.Treatment group(n=34) received Jiawei Sijunzi decoction 100ml,b.i.d,+ Metronidazole 200mg b.i.d.+ folic acid 10 mg t.i.d.and control group(n=34) received Metronidazole 200mg b.i.d.+ folic acid 10 mg t.i.d..Metronidazole was given for one week,the others for 24 weeks.The symptoms of the patients,mucosal pathological changes and the expression of PCNA protein were observed before and after treatment.Result: The curative effects of symptom,mucosal pathological changes in treatment group were signif icantly improved compared with that in control group(P 0.05,P0.01).The expression of PCNA in treatment group was signif icantly lower compared with that in control group after the therapy(P 0.01).Conclusion: Spleen defi ciency and blood stasis played an important role in pathogenesis of CAG and GPL,Jiawei Sijunzi decoction based triple therapy can decrease the expression of PCNA,improve the clinical symptom,and reverse the pathological changes to some extent." @default.
