- W829386970 abstract "Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon hemodinamik pasca induksi dan kondisi intubasi antara etomidate 0,3 mg/kgbb dan thiopental 5 mg/kgbb iv pada teknik rapid-sequence induction (RSI) dengan rocuronium. Desain penelitian adalah uji klinis acak tersamar ganda. Masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 51 subyek, laki-laki atau perempuan (18-50 tahun), status fisik ASA I-II, yang akan menjalani operasi elektif di unit bedah sentral RSUP Dr. Sardjito dan RSU Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten. Seluruh subyek mendapat premedikasi fentanyl 1,5 I¼g/kgbb iv 3 menit sebelum penelitian, kemudian dilakukan randomisasi untuk mendapat induksi anestesi etomidate 0,3 mg/kgbb atau thiopental 5 mg/kgbb iv. Pengukuran outcome berdasarkan pada nilai respon hemodinamik (tekanan darah sistolik, tekanan darah diastolik, mean arterial pressure, heart rate) saat pra induksi, 1 menit pasca induksi, selanjutnya pasca intubasi setiap 1 menit sampai menit ke 5. Kondisi intubasi dinilai dengan skor dari Cooper (8-9 = baik sekali, 6-7= baik, 3-5= sedang, 0-2= buruk). Data akan dikumpulkan dan dianalisa secara statistik menggunakan uji chisquare, independent t-test dan paired t-test dengan menggunakan interval kemaknaan sebesar 95%. Hasil uji statistik dianggap memiliki perbedaan bermakna bila nilai p < 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan masukan dalam pemilihan obat induksi anestesi pada teknik RSI dengan rocuroniumThe purpose of this study are to know the haemodynamic responses post induction and intubating conditions following etomidate 0,3 mg/kgbw i.v compared to thiopental 5 mg/kgbw iv in rapid-sequence induction with rocuronium. The study design is double blind randomized controlled trial. Fifty-one patiens each (n1=n2=51), men and women (18-50 years old), physical status ASA I-II, who are going to be scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia. All subjects receive premedication fentanyl 1,5I¼g/kgbw intravenously 3 minutes before start of the study, then allocated randomly to receive etomidate 0,3 mg/kgbw i.v or thiopental 5 mg/kgbw i.v for induction, and muscle relaxation with rocuronium 0,6mg/kgbw. Tracheal-intubating condition will be performed 60 seconds after muscle relaxant. The measurement of the outcome will be based on haemodynamic status (sistolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate) in the preinduction, 1 minute after induction, and post intubation every 1 minute. Cooper’s score will be used to assessed the intubating condition (8-9 = excellent, 6- 7=good, 3-5=moderate, 0-2=poor). The data will be analized by using chi-square, independent t-test and paired ttest. A p value of < 0,05 is considered statistically significant, and level of significance is determined by 95% confidence interval. Hopefully, this study results will contribute the choice of intravenous induction on RSI with rocuronium." @default.
