- W830288417 abstract "결정구조는 같은 spinel 구조이나, 자기적으로는 각각 반강자성과 준강자성 특성을 띠고 있는 <TEX>$Co_3O_4$</TEX>와 자철광 <TEX>$Fe_3O_4$</TEX>의 혼성 Co-ferrite인 <TEX>$Co_xFe_{1-x}O_4$</TEX> 박막을 sol-gel법으로 제조하여, Fe 이온에 대한 Co 이온 치환으로 발생된 양이온 거동이 Co-ferrite 박막의 결정구조 및 자기적 특성에 미치는 효과를 XRB 실험, VSM 측정, 그리고 Conversion Electron Mossbauer Spectroscopy (CEMS) 실험으로 조사하였다. 그 결과 <TEX>$Co^{3+}$</TEX> 이온이 주로 <TEX>$Fe^{3+}$</TEX> 이온을 치환하여 단위정의 크기가 감소를 가져오며, 결정구조는 inverse spinel 구조에서 normal spinel 구조로 변환된다. CEMS 분광실험을 통하여 확인된 Fe 이온의 site preference는 주로 <TEX>$Fe^{3+}$</TEX> 이온이 <TEX>$Co^{3+}$</TEX> 치환됨을 보여주고 있으며, 동시에 B-site의 <TEX>$Co^{2+}$</TEX> 이온은 A-site로 이동된다. 자화곡선 측정결과 Co 조성값의 증가로 자기 moment값이 감소되는 것으로 나타났는데, 이것은 low spin상태의 <TEX>$Co^{3+}$</TEX>이 high spin상태의 <TEX>$Fe^{3+}$</TEX>이온을 치환하여 주로 발생한 것이다. The crystallographic properties and cation distribution of oxyspinels ferrite <TEX>$Co_xFe_{1-x}O_4$</TEX> thin films have been explored by X-ray diffraction, vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM), and conversion electron <TEX>$M{o}ssbauer$</TEX> spectroscopy (CEMS). Thin films are prepared by sol-gel method. Normal spinel structure is transformed to inverse spinel structure with increasing Co concentration CEMS results indicate that most of <TEX>$Fe^{3+}$</TEX> ions are substituted to <TEX>$Co^{3+}$</TEX>ions. Accordingly <TEX>$Co^{2+}$</TEX> ions on octahedral site migrate to tetrahedral site. Magnetic moment is decreased with increasing Co concentration, which means high spin <TEX>$Fe^{3+}$</TEX> ions are replaced by low spin <TEX>$Co^{3+}$</TEX>." @default.
