This study found that LMXwas related to organizational deviance. However, Resultsshowed that LMX was unrelated to supervisor-directeddeviance and interpersonal deviance. This study also foundthat LMX was more strongly associated with supervisordirecteddeviance when negative affectivity was higher.Moreover, the relationship between LMX and interpersonaldeviance was stronger when negative affectivity was higher.However, negative affectivity had no moderating effect on therelationship between LMX and organizational deviance." @default.
