- W842955524 abstract "It is well known that the materials of high technology obtained by different factory routes, they should be investigated with bigger detail with the purpose to identify and understand the phenomenons involved during the production and predict the behavior during later factory stages. The materials made up of womb metallic slight base aluminum, obtained by economic production routes as those of liquid phase or foundry represent a promising option to make them competitive against traditional materials, in the field of diversity engineering applications. In this work the results of production and microestructural characterization of compound materials are presented strained with womb aluminum A356 bases reinforced with 10% in vol. of particles of SiC with different additions of Sr. The purpose was to determine the paper that carries out the addition of Sr. For that were manufactured composites with different contents of Sr, which microestructure was characterized in aspects related with the particles distribution in the womb, the presence of conglomerates, the spacing secondary interdendritic, morphology of the eutectic as well as interfacial studies in the ceramic main region. The obtained results were interpreted in the sense of explaining the paper that carries out the quantity of Sr on these compound materials." @default.
