Microalbuminuria is difined as an AER on 24 hours > 30 rag/24 hours. AER on 24 hours is the gold standart.Results :The study included 37 patiens with diabetic type El negative urinalysis, consist of23 women (62,2 %) and 14 men (37,8 %). The microalbuminuria most commonly found in 11 patiens 24 hours, 11 ACR, 10 spot urine collection. Sensitivity and Specificity ACR to 24 hours collection is 90,1 % and 96,86 %. Sensitivity and specificity spot to 24 hours collection is 81,8 % and 96,8 %. PPV and NPV ACR to 24 hours collection is 90,1 % and 96,86 %. PPV and NPV spot to 24 hours collection is 90 % and 92,5 %. Sensitivity and specificity 4 hours to 24 hours collection is 60 % and 83,3 %. PPV and NPV 4 hours to24 hours collection is 75 % and 71,4 %. Prevalens ACR and spot to 24 hours is 29,7 %.Conclusion :Urinary Albumin Concentration (UAC ACR and Spot) correlates closely with 24 hours microalbuminuria determination (Urinary Albumin Excretion, UAE). These results suggest that ACR, spot, timed 4 hours collection offers a simple, reliable, rapid and convinient method for diagnosis and screening of microalbuminuria. Thus, ACR and spot collection can be used as an alternative test to 24 hours collection in the assessment of microalbuminuria in the population with DM.Latar Belakang :Mikroalbuminuri adalah suatu tanda diagnostik yang signifikan dan prediktor non invasif untuk nefropati diabetika. Akhir-akhir ini mikroalbuminuri juga sebagai faktor resiko independen untuk penyakit kardiovaskuler. Urin tampung 24 jam merupakan baku emas untuk pemeriksaan mikroalbuminuria.Tujuan :Membandingkan urin random ACR, urin tampung sewaktu, urin tampung 4 jam dengan urin tampung 24 jam, diharapkan mempunyai nilai yang tidak berbeda.Saban dan cara :Suatu analisa potong lintang pada 37 pasien DM tipe di rumah sakit Kariadi Semarang. Pemeriksaan mikroalbuminuria dengan immunoturbidimetry Mikroalbuminuri urin tampung 24 jam mempunyai nilai > 30 mg/24 jam sebagai gold standart.Hasil :Hasa penelitian terhadap 37 pasien dengan DM tipe 11 dengan urinalisa negatif terdiri dari23 wanita (62,2%) dan 14 laki-laki (37,8%). Mikroalmuninuri ditemukan pada 11 pasien24 jam, 11 pasien ACR, 10 pasien urin tampung sesaat. Sensitivitas dan spesifisitas ACR dengan 24 jam tampung adalah 90,1% dan 96,86%.
