- W854747223 abstract "目的 探讨辛伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血脂、超敏C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体的影响。方法 选择80例ACS患者，随机分为对照组和辛伐他汀组。辛伐他汀组给予口服辛伐他汀20mg•d^(-1)，每晚睡前口服，连用8周。对照组除了不口服辛伐他汀外，其他治疗同辛伐他汀组。观察两组患者治疗前后血脂、超敏C-反应蛋白和D-二聚体的变化。结果 辛伐他汀组治疗8周后，患者TC、TG及LDL-C较治疗前明显下降，HDL-C较治疗前明显上升，而对照组治疗前后比较均无明显变化。辛伐他汀组治疗8周后，患者血浆hs-CRP和D-二聚体水平较治疗前明显下降，而对照组治疗前后比较无明显变化。结论 辛伐他汀对ACS患者具有降脂，抗炎和抗血栓作用，能改善血管内斑块的炎症反应，抑制血小板聚集，推测辛伐他汀可阻断和逆转冠状动脉粥样斑块作用。" @default.
