There are many reasons. For students, the reasons are the heavy academic burden; lack of interest, time, and knowledge in physical exercise; and that the habit of exercise was not developed. For family, family education remains focusing more on intellectual than physical, nutrition than exercise, and ignoring the position and role of sports in the family. For school, the reasons are the lack of support for physical education, the limited sports activities, and the tedious acticity type. For community, the sports facilities and fields are insufficient, and there exists an uneven distribution between rural and urban. By means of implementing laws and regulations of physical education, strengthening school sports infrastructure, enriching teachers＇ professional knowledge of physical education, stimulating students＇ interest in physical exercise, and eliminating the blind understanding of physical health by parents, we can promote students＇ physique." @default.
