Bu calismanin amaci, ise alim surecinde ic kaynaklardan yararlanma politikasi ile orgute baglilik arasindaki iliskiyi incelemektir. Hizli tuketim mallari sektorunde faaliyet gosteren bir isletmede beyaz yakali calisanlara iliskin yapilan bu arastirmada, veri toplama araci olarak anket yontemi kullanilmistir. Arastirmada isletme ici kariyer firsatlari, kariyer planlamasi, yetenek yonetimi ve yedekleme planlamasi ile orgute baglilik arasindaki iliski incelenmistir. Arastirma sonucunda ise alim surecinde ic kaynaklardan yararlanma politikasina sahip isletmelerde, ic kaynak kullaniminin uygulama alanlarinin var olmasi ve calisanlarin bunlardan haberdar olmasi ile orgute baglilik arasinda olumlu yonde bir iliski oldugu gorulmektedir. THE EFFECTION OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT OF EMPLOYEES ON THE POLICY OF USING INTERNAL RESOURCES IN THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS Abstract: During the recruitment process, companies that have an internal resources policy in force make various career plans in order to meet their employees' expectations and to aim to increase commitment to the company. The aim of this study is to review the relationship between the presence of an internal resources policy and the commitment to the organization during the recruitment process. To conduct the research, the survey method was used for data collection on white collar employees in a fast-moving consumer goods enterprise. The research reviewed in-house training opportunities, commitment to organization and career planning, talent management and back-up policy concepts and the relations between them. The results of the research show that there is a positive relationship between the existence of the application fields of internal resources in enterprises that have an internal resources policy and the employees awareness about this and their commitment to the organization." @default.
