- W867060700 abstract "目的 探讨解脲支原体(UU)、人型支原体(MH)、沙眼衣原体(CT)、淋球菌(NG)以及巨细胞病毒(CMV)感染与女性不孕的关系.方法 以实时荧光定量PCR检测286例不孕妇女宫颈分泌物解脲支原体、人型支原体、沙眼衣原体、淋球菌及单纯疱疹病毒核酸,并与72名健康妇女检测结果进行比较.结果 原发性与继发性不孕妇女UU、MH、CT、NG、CMV感染率分别为21.6%、8.2%、17.5%、1.0%、7.2%和3.9%、14.8%、30.1%、4.8%、7.9%.不孕妇女5种病原体感染率均明显高于对照组(均P＜0.05).以UU+MH以及MH+CT混合感染最为常见.结论 UU、MH、CT、NG和CMV感染是导致女性不孕的重要因素,对多种病原体的共同检测,可以及时发现混合感染。" @default.
