In some of these cases, the facts indicate with sufficient clearness that he had, at the time of killing himself, complete control over his actions, or, to put it another way, that, at the time, his acts were volitional. In other cases, the facts seem to indicate clearly enough that he was, at the time of the suicide, so completely insane as to have no volition.
